 The FieldPro client application is deployed on a ruggedized tablet PC or laptop. The ruggedized tablet PC is ideally suited for the harsh well site environment. The field ticket management application is built on “Smart Client” technology.
Smart Client applications are deployed as easily as a browser-based application, but provide the rich user interface features found in a Windows client application.
Our system provides data replication and synchronization services such that catalog, contract, customer and well information are available to the Field Engineer on their tablet PC or laptop even when the application is not connected to the network.
 We refer to this as working in a “disconnected state.” When the engineer plugs into an internet connection, the application “wakes up” and establishes a secure connection to the home servers and replicates system data such as contract, catalogs, customers and wells. In addition, field tickets that have been created or modified are replicated with the home office.
