Tablets and Other Field Force Devices

Tablets have been the "got to have" gadget ever since the introduction of the iPad last year.  They're great for consumers, but fit and capabilities in the enterprise are still to be determined.  Frankly, from what we've seen, the iPad is not a good fit for our customers.  I thought I'd share some of our experience with tablet computers, talk a little about what we see our customers wanting from tablet devices, and perhaps talk about where the tablet form factor might be headed.
