With the announcement of the Smith acquisition by Schlumberger and lots of articles such as this and this, it looks like it's acquisition time in the Oil Patch.  It's to be expected as the economy struggles to pull out of recession and so many companies have had down periods with equipment and services idling.

Coincidentally we've been spinning up our marketing and sales efforts on our new DealFlow offering as quickly as we can and have gotten a lot of interest from our preliminary inquiries with potential customers.  There are a lot of sell-side offerings out on the market, but not much for the buy-side, especially on the SharePoint platform.
