FieldPro is a field force automation solution that gives companies

Field Engineers and Sales Engineers can create quotes and field tickets at the job site. Changes can be made to the ticket as the job changes. Once the job is complete, the customer signs the ticket on the screen, and the signature is digitally captured along with the ticket.

FieldPro can also provide modules for contract, catalog, customer, and well management in the event that your systems do not provide support for this type of data. The Problem
Field service companies that sell complex products and services to operators need to have the ability to generate field tickets at the well site; capture digital signatures; apply a review and approval workflow; and seamlessly integrate this information with other internal and external systems. A manual field ticketing process presents numerous problems for the service provider:
- Customer signatures are not digitally captured at the time of job completion.
