Hollie Moore Haynes
Hollie Moore Haynes is the Founder and Managing Partner of Luminate Capital Partners and is based in San Francisco, CA. Prior to founding Luminate, Hollie focused on software private equity investing at Silver Lake. Earlier in her career she worked in private equity at Hellman & Friedman and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley & Co. Hollie serves on the boards of Blackline, Oversight Systems, Fintech, Comply365, StarCompliance, AMTdirect, Conexiom and other private companies. She graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in Economics and received an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Mark Pierce is an Operating Partner at Luminate Capital Partners and is based in San Francisco, CA. Prior to Luminate, Mark was CEO of MarketLive, an eCommerce software platform provider. Mark previously led PRA, an application development and consulting firm focused on the retail sector, and was an EVP at marchFIRST. Earlier in his career, Mark was a Partner at Prophet Brand Strategy and an executive at Accenture and Procter and Gamble. Mark serves on the board of Comply365 and Conexiom. Mark received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, and an M.B.A. from Saint Mary’s College.
Travis Parigi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at LiquidFrameworks. Travis focuses on growing our software platform and evangelizing its benefits to customers. He plays an active role in our technology, architecture and overall product vision. Prior to LiquidFrameworks, Travis was a founding member and served as a Senior Engagement Manager for Emerging, Inc., an e-Business professional services firm funded by Austin Ventures and Benchmark Capital with offices across the US. While at Emerging, Travis successfully managed and delivered multiple projects for several clients in the B2C and B2B space using a variety of technologies. In 1994, Travis joined BSG Alliance, a global professional services firm focused on delivering software solutions to multiple industries. BSG was acquired by Michigan-based CBSI in 1999. Travis maintains a strong knowledge of software architecture, mobile technology and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Texas A&M University.
